SOUND THERAPY SEMINARS
The next of the popular Sounds of Healing seminars is planned 1-6 p.m., Sunday, April  25 at Eagles Nest Clubhouse, Indianapolis. It will feature Thomacine Haywood certified Master of Himalayan Bowl Therapy and founder of the IUPUI Reflexology Certification Program and Jerilee Lucas, yogi and adjunct professor of Eastern Studies at Butler University. Haywood and Lucas have more than 40 years of collective experience.

Cost is $99 and must be prepaid before the workshop. Call 317-403-5051 to register.

Thomacine Haywood, N.C.R., L.M.T., U.R.M., offers sound therapy sessions featuring the hypnotic healing sounds of the Himalayan Singing Bowls, tuning forks and Native American rattles.

She is certified as a Master of Himalayan Bowl Therapy by international Himalayan history and cultural expert Mitch Nur. And is one of only a dozen trained by West Nepalese Bon Po Medicine Lama Khenpo Tenzin Dargye Rinpoche during his 2009 U.S. teaching tour.

"If you can recall the feeling of complete relaxation you experience right before you drop off into a deep sleep. This is the state to where the bowls can transport you," she relates.

The sounds of the bowls are the antidote to the epidemic of stress-related conditions running rampant today.
Haywood also features a Simple Meditation Techniques Anyone Can Learn class featuring the relaxing sounds of the Himalayan Singing Bowls.

She offers these at various Indianapolis locations and reservations can be made to bring the class to your home, wellness department or other site. Call 317-403-5051.
