   This reflexology training program offers comprehensive scholastic information designed to prepare reflexologists who wish to seek national reflexology certification. ARCB certification enables reflexologists to practice in most states. And now nationally certified massage therapists can earn NCBTMB continuing education credit with some offerings.   
   Students can complete all levels to earn certification in 200 hour program and includes these national certification instructional standards recognized by the ARCB:

  • 25 hours of reflexology history, theory, etc.;
  • 55 hours of anatomy and physiology relating to reflexology;
  • 15 hours of anatomy and physiology of the lower leg;
  • 5 hours of business ethics and standards;
  • 10 hours of supervised practicum;
  • 10 hours injury prevention, CDC universal precautions, hand/ear reflexology; and
  • 90 hours of practical hours both performing reflexology and documenting client sessions painstakingly evaluated for adherence to ARCB protocol and standards, preparation of an industry-specific business plan, anatomy and physiology independent study.
