PROGRAM FOUNDER

Thomacine Haywood, N.C.R.
Author, Speaker and Teacher

    Thomacine Haywood, N.C.R., M.T., U.R.M., is one of less than 12 nationally certified reflexologists in the state and 1,000 nationwide.
   She is founder/director of the Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis Reflexology Certification Program. 
    Haywood is also an alternative health therapist; massage therapist, Reiki Master and SomaEnergetics sound therapy practitioner in private practice. She teaches at IUPUI,  MSD Lawrence, Washington Pike and Warren townships.

      She is contributing editor at Renew! Indiana magazine and writes about holistic health topics for AtGeist newsletter and the popular internet site about.com.  
   She is a gifted speaker and lecturer who offers easy-to-understand, interactive and innovative approaches aimed at demystifying the holistic jargon about a variety of complementary and alternative health topics. 
   Haywood is passionately committed to empowering her students/audience by teaching holistic self-care methods they can use to relieve pain and improve their health.
   To this end, she has written a book about do-it-yourself reflexology methods Rub Your Feet, Improve Your Health, due out soon.
