The curriculum will encompass a combination of tried and true lessons plans refined through university and community education or salon and spa training.

We will offer a combination of  a download able manual, video, e-mail contact, on-line support and optional weekend intensive training workshop so that you can learn reflexology to help yourself and your family.
We believe the ideal way to learn reflexology is in a classroom setting with an instructor guiding the placement of your hands and helping you to refine your techniques.

We acknowledge that some students cannot attend classes for a variety of reasons. And we have put together a strong and easy-to-learn curriculum on the method we call relaxation reflexology. You can learn relaxation reflexology through this e-learning class and can refine your techniques even further by attending an optional weekend intensive workshop.
This form of reflexology is not professional reflexology that we call therapeutic reflexology. Therapeutic reflexology takes more than  200 hours to master and is offered  through our university program and you can learn more about it  at

Relaxation reflexology can help greatly with stress and common complaints like colds, constipation, menstrual cramps, headaches and other conditions. You can learn it through our e-learning program coming fall 2010.
Reflexology is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a specific health complaint or condition you must consult a physician. Reflexology is meant to be used in collaboration with or to complement traditional medical care.
